Coordination, Installation & Staging
We collaborate with your project team to oversee installation, source decor accessories, and deliver a fully installed, guest-ready space.

We offer a guided, step-by-step design experience for multifamily projects, from architectural planning and material selection to purchasing and full installation support.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Design Consultation
We meet on-site to review your space, take measurements and photos, and collaborate on the design direction.
Contract Agreement
If you choose to proceed, we provide a clear contract outlining the project scope and terms—whether it’s a full renovation, new construction, or staging.
Design Documentation
We deliver a complete design plan, including room layouts, elevations, mood boards, and a detailed list of all items to be purchased. You can choose to implement the design yourself or let us manage it.
Purchasing & Installation
Once finalized, we handle purchasing, vendor coordination, and delivery. Installations are managed in phases, with on-site oversight to ensure the design is executed as planned.
