The Design Process
Step 1: Design Consultation
After our initial discussion, we meet with you on site for a design consultation, to see your space and gather more information. This will include taking measurements, photographs, and collaborating with you on the design direction.
Step 2: Contract Agreement
Should you decide to proceed with Studio 59 East, we will draft a contract to outline the scope and terms of the project. This can be a full home renovation/new construction or as simple as a home staging.
Step 3: Concept Presentation
We will present a design concept created specifically for your home. During this meeting, we welcome your feedback. Our intent is that you fall in love with what we have designed for you.
Step 4: Design Documentation
You will receive a full design plan, room views, elevations, design/mood boards, as well as a comprehensive list of all items that need to be ordered. At this point you can decide to complete the design implementation on your own or have us do it for you.
Step 5: Purchasing & Installation:
Once the design concept is finalized, we are ready to purchase the materials. We create purchase orders, negotiate with vendors and pass our designer discount on to you. If you prefer to manage this step on your own you are able to do that with the list of items provided.
Deliveries are received and installed at your site in phases. Should you need it, we do have a general contractor that can assist with the installation process. We will be on site to ensure the design vision is implemented according to the plans and assist in resolving any issues.
